About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds & Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Bath Mill Lodge Retreat.

This hands-on role involves maintaining the park's grounds, accommodation and facilities to a high standard, helping to create a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You'll carry out a variety of grounds and maintenance tasks while working as part of a friendly team.

Weekend and bank holiday working will be required on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the park grounds, including grass cutting, strimming and general landscaping.

• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs across the park.

• Keep grounds, lodges and facilities clean, tidy and well presented.

• Respond to maintenance requests efficiently.

• Complete safety checks and follow health & safety procedures.

• Support the wider team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

About You

• Previous grounds or maintenance experience is desirable.

• Practical with good DIY and maintenance skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, proactive and takes pride in high standards.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
