Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service throughout daytime bar service.
Prepare and serve drinks to a consistently high standard.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across the bar.
Support the smooth running of daily bar operations.
Assist with bar setup, stock rotation, deliveries, and general bar duties.
Handle customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
Previous senior bar experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of bar service and day-to-day bar operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Confident, professional, and reliable.
