Pennyhill Lucan is seeking an experienced Day Time Senior Bar Staff member to join our busy and well-established bar team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a busy bar or hospitality environment, with strong knowledge of bar service, customer care, stock control, and day-to-day bar operations.
12-9pm shifts (3, 4 or 5 day weeks available)

You will be an experienced bar professional who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service, and understands what it takes to help run a busy, successful bar. You will be confident, dependable, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in a busy bar environment.
Support the management team with the smooth running of daily bar operations.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
Support and guide junior team members where required.
Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional manner.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ bar experience required.
Strong knowledge of bar service and hospitality standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A professional, reliable, and hands-on approach.
