HGV Rigid Truck Driver

What the job involves:

•  Be able to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

• To resolve issues/queries effectively and to escalate to relevant departments where necessary.

• To establish good working relationships with customers and coworkers.

• Good time management and ability to work both on our own and as part of a team.

• Collect and return customers' bins (along designated routes).

• Ensuring all collections are made in a professional and timely fashion.

• Conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle before departing.

• Comply with Health and Safety policies.

• Comply with road traffic legislation and RSA guidelines.

• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.

• Monday to Friday, Saturday work is required on rotation.

Licence/Certification:

·      C Driving licence (required)

·      C1 Driving licence (preferred)

·      CPC (required)

·      Safe Pass (preferred)

·      Must have good level of written and spoken English.

Ability to commute/relocate: Oranmore, County Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
