Hire Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer experiences, serving as the primary point of contact for all hire enquiries.

• Accurately prepare and manage hire contracts, quotations, and essential correspondence.

• Proactively handle and record customer enquiries, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Diligently follow up on all quotations and enquiries to maximise conversion rates.

• Prepare precise weekly and monthly reports to support operational decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. You will demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise a busy workload, showcasing strong numerical and IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Previous experience as a Hire Controller or in a similar customer-facing, fast-paced role within the hire industry is highly advantageous.
