About this role
Your Impact as a Care Assistant:
- Provide essential personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and continence.
- Safely administer and support with medication.
- Assist with moving and handling, utilising equipment such as hoists and rotunda transfers.
- Offer invaluable companionship, support with light domestic tasks, and assist with shopping.
- Deliver compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring comfort and dignity.
