About the Role
This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll support individuals in their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently.
You will:
Provide personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)
Support with meals, medication prompts, and daily routines
Assist individuals with autism and complex needs
Support with clinical tasks (e.g. PEG feeding, tracheostomy – training provided)
Promote independence, dignity, and choice
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Maintain accurate care records
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals✔ Experienced carers or those new to care seeking a meaningful career✔ Experience with elderly care, autism, or complex needs (desirable)✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
