Due to our continued growth, B.P.McKeefry wishes to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join a highly successful existing Finance Team.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail and will receive full in house training for the role.
This role is permanent and will be based at our office in Swatragh and can commence immediately.

About this role
Key Responsibilities
Processing of Accounts Payable on SAGE 200 - purchase orders, processing supplier invoices, reconciliation to supplier statements and processing payments.
Assist in the preparation of key weekly and monthly Management Information / Reports
Assist in preparation of statutory reports and business surveys.
Month-end bank account and credit card reconciliations.
Monitoring mailbox: ensure emails are monitored and appropriately actioned.
General administrative duties in the office.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
The Ideal Person
GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least 3 other GCSEs at Grades A*-C
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Team player with ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
Capacity to work independently with limited supervision
Proficient with MS Office suite
Excellent organisational skills

- Must be legally entitled to work in the UK
- GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least 3 other GCSEs at Grades A*-C.
