Hours & Shift Options
Part-time and full-time contracts
24–48 hours per week
Night shifts: 8pm–8am
Alternative weekends required for full-time roles

£14.34 per hour (Mon–Fri & Sun)

About this role
About the Role
As a Night Dementia Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping residents living with dementia feel safe, calm, and supported throughout the night. Your work will include:
Providing compassionate, person‑centred care
Supporting residents who may wake, feel unsettled, or need reassurance
Promoting dignity, comfort, and emotional wellbeing during quieter hours
Assisting with evening and morning routines
Working collaboratively with a supportive night team
Maintaining accurate care records and following safety standards
