About this role
Responsibilities
Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner
To ensure work areas is set up and stocked according to the business requirements
To be fully aware of any menu updates
To work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through the various areas of the Food and Beverage department if required.
To ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
To provide support in other areas of the business if required to do so.
Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
