About this role
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, supportive environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care such as dressing, bathing, etc.
Supporting residents to enjoy hobbies, activities, and social outings
Assisting with meals and maintaining a safe, welcoming home
Offering compassionate care to those with chronic conditions or at end of life
Building trusting, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
