Rushmere Hub is a service on the outskirts of Ipswich that specialising in supporting adults and young people with Complex Needs and an emerging children's offer. We are seeking a Support Worker to deliver person-led, engaging sessions and 1:1 support. We are seeking an individual with the passion and drive to deliver the very best customer service to the people accessing the service.

We’ll welcome you with a 3-week induction and a friendly buddy to guide you every step of the way. Your start date will follow a successful enhanced DBS and recruitment checks.
We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed
