Hours & Shift Options

  • Day and night roles available

  • Part-time and full-time contracts

  • 24–48 hours per week

  • Day shifts: 8am–8pm, 8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm

  • Night shifts: 8pm–8am

  • Alternative weekends required for full-time roles

Pay Rates

Day Rates

  • £14.57 per hour (Mon–Fri)

  • £15.30 per hour (Sat)

  • £16.03 per hour (Sun)

Night Rates

  • £15.30 per hour (Mon–Fri & Sun)

  • £16.03 per hour (Sat)

About this role

About the Role

As a Senior Dementia Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive a high standard of person‑centred care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate, person centred care

  • Supporting less experienced staff

  • Building warm, trusting relationships with residents

  • Supporting emotional wellbeing, dignity, and independence

  • Working collaboratively with a supportive team

  • Maintaining accurate care records and following safety standards

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings:

  • Experience in dementia care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience)

  • A passion for supporting people living with dementia

  • Confidence, calmness, and resilience

  • Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach

  • Reliability and a commitment to high-quality care
