Day and night roles available
Part-time and full-time contracts
24–48 hours per week
Day shifts: 8am–8pm, 8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm
Night shifts: 8pm–8am
Alternative weekends required for full-time roles

About this role
About the Role
As a Senior Dementia Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive a high standard of person‑centred care. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate, person centred care
Supporting less experienced staff
Building warm, trusting relationships with residents
Supporting emotional wellbeing, dignity, and independence
Working collaboratively with a supportive team
Maintaining accurate care records and following safety standards

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
Experience in dementia care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience)
A passion for supporting people living with dementia
Confidence, calmness, and resilience
Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach
Reliability and a commitment to high-quality care
