Leading Lives is seeking a support worker who is imaginative, open‑minded, and compassionate to join our day service in Lowestoft. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to enjoy meaningful activities, expressive sessions, and memorable 1:1 experiences — all shaped by the things you love to do. No experience is needed; full training is provided. What we value is heart, creativity, and the confidence to try new things. Supporting people with daily living skills and independence
Being a strong advocate for the people we support and their families
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Building meaningful relationships and communicating effectively
Administering medication safely and responsibly
Providing personal care with dignity and compassion
🚀 Your Journey Starts Here:
We offer a 3-week induction with a dedicated buddy to support you from day one.. We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.
Your start date will be confirmed after an enhanced DBS (which we pay for!) and recruitment checks.
