About this role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Installation: Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials (shingles, tiles, metal sheets, or insulation)
Repair and Maintenance: Inspect roofs for leaks, cracks, or weather damage and replace broken slates or tiles.
Replace and repair flat roof felt.
Client Communication: Discuss repair options, material choices, with supervisors and contract manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience as a roofer or in general construction.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
A valid driver's license.
Health & Safety:
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times.
Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately.
Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed.
Observe & follow all manual handling practices.

In addition:-
As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations properties, we will require a recent Enhanced Access NI certificate CTS will perform a Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process.
