We are currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join the team at Farnham Estate.

Role/Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage check-ins and check-outs with precision and efficiency.
Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and local recommendations.
Ensure every guest receives VIP treatment throughout their stay.
About this role
Requirements
A passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Previous experience in a similar role, with OPERA cloud knowledge preferred but not essential.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
