1x 37 hours ad 1x 16 hours available Shifts include a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins on a rolling rota—perfect for someone who values variety and flexibility.

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our amazing team in Lowestoft! You’ll be supporting individuals with complex needs, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust, adapt quickly, and bring a great sense of humour to the role.

We offer a 3-week induction with a dedicated buddy to support you from day one.. We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.
Your start date will be confirmed after an enhanced DBS (which we pay for!) and recruitment checks.
