💼 The Role:We’re looking for a hardworking, proactive Team Leader to coach and support our Bury Supported Living team in delivering meaningful social care. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, solve day-to-day challenges independently, and take ownership of operational decisions without direct Service Manager support.
You’ll be the vital link between team members and management—driving quality, culture, and consistency while ensuring our customers live the lives they choose.

🧭 What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, support, and mentor your team
Promote dignity, inclusion, and person-centred care
Oversee quality through audits, medication checks, and supervisions
Act as the first point of contact for your team’s day-to-day support
Manage rota planning and support care planning to maintain high standards
Provide out-of-hours support when needed
Work flexibly, including alternate weekends and sleep-ins
Support new referrals, including visits, tours, and assessments
Build strong relationships with professionals and landlords
Maintain Health & Safety standards and follow Leading Lives policies
Promote a positive, open, and supportive team culture
Work collaboratively with customers and professionals to shape services
✅ What You’ll Need:
• Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent)
• Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills
• Experience in social care and a passion for people
• A good work ethic and the drive to go the extra mile
• Confidence to work independently and solve problems effectively
