Care Assistant (Driver) Burnley

We are looking for carers to work within Burnley & Darwen and all in between the M65 corridor, we have Full and Part time positions available. Having care experience would be an advantage, but if you don’t have any experience, training will be provided.

We are a Preferred Provider for BWD Social Services and Lancashire county council we also provide care for the ICB as well as private clients. We are a family business and have been providing care in the area for 26 years.

If you have at least 6 months experience in care or hold an NVQ in Health & Social care your starting hourly rate will be £13.10.

With an hourly rate of £12.75 if you have no care experience, you will be trained first of all in our classroom by our in house nurse and management team, and then be mentored one on one by one of our experienced qualified carers.

At that point you start your Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification and when you achieve that your pay to £13.50

You need to be able to work alternate weekends.
