Requirements
Previous experience in a similar management role in hospitality (bar/restaurant/pub)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
A hands-on, proactive attitude with great attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong understanding of food and beverage service
About this role
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily procedures, financial performance and a positive experience for customers, staff and performers.
This role involves, but not limited to, coordinating events, maintaining the venue, developing strategies for growth and profitability.

- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a Bar in Ireland
