Product Update: Reed Integration, Document Upload per Candidate and More

If you’re not already conducting all of your video interviews in SeeMeHired, now is a good time to start. 

Last month we introduced a number of small improvements that, when stacked up, make a big difference to the interviewing experience for you and candidates. 

Let’s look at some of these changes in more detail, along with other updates like our new Reed integration, bug fixes and UI/UX improvements from April. 

See candidate details during video interviews

Now you can pull out a candidate’s background and application details right within the interview - no printouts or extra browser tabs required. 

Just hit the buttons in the bottom left and a new sidebar will expand, showing you the key info you need for every interview.

New, sleek interview screens

We made numerous changes to the Upcoming interviews section as well as the Interview details screen. 

Now you can see more details and perform key actions like starting an interview, editing questions and cancelling with a single click. 

Document upload per candidate

Need to add extra files like contract templates and reference checks for individual candidates? Now you can upload multiple documents per candidate to keep everything in one place. 

Simply open a candidate’s profile and navigate to Employer > Documents to track and upload new files.

Reed integration

Launched back in 1995, Reed.co.uk was the first employment website in the UK and currently the 3rd biggest job board behind Indeed and Totaljobs (which we also integrate with). 

This is why we’re proud to announce our partnership with Reed which allows you to automatically list your vacancies with the click of a button - literally. 

Head over to your company settings and enable Reed to expand your reach and start attracting more relevant candidates. 

Bug fixes, UI/UX updates and other improvements

As usual, we squashed some bugs and worked on performance improvements to make your SeeMeHired experience better. 

Among others, you will notice tweaks in the application form builder as well as your candidate-facing emails, highlighting more of your employer brand.

You will also see small but important UI changes in the dashboard and sidebar, making it easier and more intuitive to navigate through the SeeMeHired platform.
