RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Due to continued success and growth we have an exciting new opportunity for you to join a multi CIPD award winning team, looking after approximately 650 staff over seven sites in the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.  As a Recruitment Officer at Macklin Group, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional care by attracting and retaining talented individuals who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of others. 

The successful candidate will provide an effective and efficient end to end recruitment and selection service across the group, ensuring that we maintain a high standard of care across all our facilities. They also will co-ordinate and oversee all aspects of sponsorship applications for potential candidates along with reporting responsibilities. 

You will have previous, relevant experience and be an expert in handling high volume, and diverse recruitment campaigns.  You will be working within a high performing team and focused on building relationships with business contacts and candidates alike.

About the role

The Person

Essential Criteria

•       A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment role or HR Generalist role.

•       Proven track record in a fast paced and challenging HR/Recruitment environment

•       Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

•       Experience of the development and implementation of best practice and Recruitment initiatives with clear business focus

  Desirable Criteria

•       Experience gained within the hospitality/care sector

•       Experience with sponsorship – tier 2 candidates

•       Experience of International recruitment

•       Experience of Fair Employment Monitoring and Article 55 Review completion and submission

•       Working knowledge of Recruitment tracking systems including See-Me-Hired and a Working knowledge of other HR Systems including North Time Data and/or other HR Systems.

•           Competent in the use of Systems including Microsoft office and other systems outlined above

•           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•           Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and use your own initiative
