The role:
Reporting to the Tariff Sales Manager, the Sales Officer will assist with lead allocation/ follow up and project scheme administration within the Domestic sales team. The post holder will play a key role in providing administrative resource to the Residential Sales team. The post holder will work closely with a number of internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks whilst delivering 1st class customer service to firmus energy customers.

Required criteria
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above to include Maths & English
- Ability to process large volumes of information quickly & accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in dealing with internal and external relationships
- Flexibility required with an ability to excel in a pressurised working environment
Desired criteria
- Previous experience working in a regulated utility business
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced sales environment providing administrative support Applications
