SeeMe has exciting growth plans ahead, and with this there is a need to appoint a high-calibre Sales Manager to lead the SME business development function of the business.

About the role

Key Responsibilities Developing long-term client relationships across the SME market in Northern Ireland. Scheduling and attending client appointments. Following up appropriately on all client appointments, via email, phone calls, further meetings and proposals. Working towards agreed sales targets. Consistently update sales pipeline/CRM and update the wider SeeMe team at meetings. Sourcing and developing new business opportunities. Collating monthly and yearly sales analytics information.

What you will need

Required criteria Previous experience within business development, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A track record of identifying, analysing and managing relationships with and between clients, suppliers and partners.A high level of computer literacy skills.Full driving license.
Desired criteria Experience within the recruitment or technology industry. An in-depth knowledge of the local business community, particularly of the SME market in Northern Ireland.
