SeeMe has exciting growth plans ahead, and with this there is a need to appoint a high-calibre Business Support Executive to assist the Sales, IT and Marketing functions of the business. 

About the role

Key Responsibilities Support the sales team in generating business development meetings and opportunities. Provide a high standard of administrative support to the SeeMe team. Data processing and updating of client information on CRM. Communicate with clients via telephone and email to answer any queries they may have in relation to the SeeMe product. Assist Chief Marketing Officer with social media content, marketing collateral and SeeMe’s digital presence. Key Competencies First-class interpersonal skills. Persistent and tenacious, with a creative solution-driven mindset. Collaborates effectively across a fast-paced, diverse organisation and works well within a team. Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Excellent written and verbal skills. Positive attitude with ability to confidently find solutions for clients. Self-starter, detail-orientated and results driven. Ability to prioritise workload effectively.

What you will need

Required criteria Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.Experience of effectively managing own workload.Proactive and effective engagement with a wide client base.Strong MS Office Skills.
Desired criteria A knowledge or interest in the local business community.
