As part of our Graduate Recruitment Programme we are seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join the team here at S3 Solutions.

You will be working with clients comprising sports clubs, charities, social enterprises and community organisations offering a range of practical advice & support including but not limited to: funding, organisational development, strategic action planning, facility development, fundraising and administration.

About the role

•Providing public funding, governance, capital development, strategic action planning and fundraising support to clients • Managing a portfolio of clients on a monthly retained basis • Being the main point of contact for Clients on an ongoing basis, through engagement and communication with client portfolio including putting in place work plans to cover key priorities and actions. This includes meetings (remotely via online platforms and face to face when necessary), emails and telephone calls • Reporting directly to your line manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Providing regular update reports to each client within their portfolio • Administration tasks based upon the needs of clients • Facilitating planning meetings with clients to identify needs/ priorities and putting in place a client work plan focused around needs / priorities identified (online as well as face to face when required) • Provide a high-quality customer experience for all clients • Manage time efficiently and effectively, particularly with regard to work based deadlines • To support other Client Advisors and consultants with research, consultation and report writing where applicable • To work as part of a team to assist with deadlines and large workloads • Carry out duties and responsibilities at all times in compliance with S3 Solutions policies • Undertake duties as can be reasonably expected to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of S3 Solutions

What you will need

Required criteria Recognised Degree- Any subject.
Desired criteria two years’ experience within a relevant fundraising, business management, sports development or community development environment- either in a work or voluntary capacity.Experience preparing and submitting funding applications.Experience working with Voluntary, Community, Social Enterprise and public sector organisations including sports clubs, charities and social enterprises
