About the role

• Create and own the end-to-end journey across multiple touch points for clients and candidates on the SeeMe platform while clearly identifying key areas for improvement • Identification of customer needs and expectations to enable the design and delivery of a robust data-led experience to meet these needs • Work closely with the data team in relation to UX and CX planned updates/improvements while proactively making recommendations based on data provided • Collaborate with the SeeMe data and sales teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the relevant market behaviours upon which client and candidate experiences are noticeably improved • Take ownership and provide best practice guidelines and standards for customer experience across all touch points • Anticipate the potential risks which customer experience initiatives may pose and adopt ideas to minimise such exposure to risks
