Aftersales Receptionist
Here at Donnelly Group we are recruiting for a motivated Aftersales Receptionist to join our front of house team at our Dungannon showroom.
You will act as a reliable and efficient point of contact for customers ensuring excellent customer service through communication and customer satisfaction.
The Service Advisor acts as liaison between customers and the service department by communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems and repair timelines, and expressing customer concerns to service department. You will display exemplary customer service skills and a sales-minded attitude.
You will also carry out customer follow up calls to maintain good customer relationships and build customer loyalty to the department.
This role involves co-ordinating with the Sales, Workshop, Parts and Service departments.

Previous experience in a customer facing environment
A full valid UK/NI driving licence is required
Skills and Competencies Required:
A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
Strong planning and organisational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
Positive, confident, determined approach
Driven to meet targets
Time management skills
Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential
Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
