Assistant Contract Manager
CTS are recruiting for an Assistant Contracts Manager to run the day to day operation of one of our contracts for a leading Client. The Post is based at our head office in Warrenpoint.
This is a rewarding position which requires an individual to work flexibly in a response maintenance construction environment. A client focused role which will require constant engagement with one of our leading clients.

About the role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide support on the delivery of Major Contracts (All)
· Managing resources including Sub Contractors
· Managing and maintaining KPI’s to acceptable standards
· Ensure information is presented timely and accurately
· Ensure all engineers workloads are completed daily and up to date
· Providing support on all client queries
· Manage annual leave off all contract staff
· Attending and preparing reports for monthly meetings
· Any additional duties required
· Uphold Data Protection Policies
· Sound knowledge of Building trades
Daily Tasks
· Ensure that works are carried out in line with target dates/KPI’s.
· Ensure servicing figures are met for contract requirements.
· Ensuring good working relationship maintained between clients and CTS Projects.
· Attendance at monthly and / or quarterly meeting and actioning all points raised thereafter
· Delegating/assigning works to Client Services Team as necessary – ensure follow up
· Assignment of jobs to engineers (ensuring qualified engineers sent to correct job)
· Ensure billing figures are completed correctly
· Challenges to KPI Reports (monthly)
· Dealing with queries from client –resolution of escalated cases
Health & Safety:
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
· Observe & follow all manual handling practices
Essential Criteria:
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
· organisational, interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal);
· analysing, interpreting, presentation and reporting of contract performance data;
· Ambitious and driven to succeed;
· A team player with leadership skills;
· The right to live and work in the UK
Full UK Driving License
· 1 years’ experience working on a similar contract
