Assistant Admin Manager
A demanding position which requires an individual to work flexibly in a response maintenance construction environment. Scheduling and ensuring full contract compliance for daily functions.
About the role
· Provide support on the delivery of Major Contracts (All)
· Ensuring all admin tasks are completed in full daily
· Scheduling Diaries to allow for admin team to book out daily
· Ensuring all jobs are booked out by the team daily
· Ensuring all overspill jobs from the day before and removed and reallocated
· Ensure all engineers workloads are completed daily
· Ensuring works are sent to all sub-contractors daily
· Providing support on all client queries
· Completion of no access’s daily
· Completion of further works were required
· Any additional duties required
· Sound knowledge of Building trades
Health & Safety:
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times

The role may also require the successful candidate to undertake work specific training on the job or externally.

What you will need
