A demanding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and also be able to use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment.
About the role
- Billing off jobs completed using SOR Codes [rates for an item] on our in-house bespoke software
- Resolution of missing SOR’s
- Prepare weekly/monthly statements
- Deal with queries / complaints
- Liaising with suppliers and Site Manager
- Data input and processing
- Assist with Operational and Financial audits internal and external
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Uphold Data Protection Policies

• Strong analytical skills, and ability to assess relevance of information, prioritize and ensure appropriate action

What you will need
Required criteria
- Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
- Computer literate, particularly with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
- Administration qualification or demonstrable 2 years’ experience required
- Excellent demonstrable customer service
- Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
- Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI’s are delivered
