About the role
We are currently recruiting for an Amenities Cleaner at our potato processing site in Westwick, Norfolk.
The Hygiene Team will ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site. They will adhere to colour coding rules as regards to all cleaning equipment. You will be responsible for the completion of all relevant checklists as regards to the jobs completed by you. It is vital to pay full attention to on site health & safety procedures as regards your work area and the job you are doing. Always leave the cleaning cupboard tidy, with all equipment rinsed and stored away correctly in the proper area. Always use the correct PPE when using chemicals and pay attention to manufacturers instructions for use.
Accountabilities:
To clean factory equipment and areas according to the agreed method detailed on the Hygiene Instruction cards
To complete and sign hygiene sign off sheets once a clean has been completed to the correct standard
To ensure that all PPE and safe methods of work are undertaken. This includes equipment lock off procedures are followed at all times
The Hygiene Team must ensure, all cleaning is thorough and they must assess their area fully to ensure a high standard of cleanliness at all times, to all areas within their remit..
Expected Start Date: Immediate.
Hours of work: Permanent weekend - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 8pm for 37.5 hours.
SALARY
£12.50 per hour.

Our story began in 1948, when Albert Bartlett started our family tradition of selling good-quality produce by setting up a beetroot-boiling operation in Coatbridge, Scotland.
