Field Care Supervisor

Altogether Care is a family run business with over 30 years of experience in the care industry, and we are looking for caring individuals like YOU to join our community care team as a Field Care Supervisor.
In this role, YOU will have the opportunity to organise new care plans, coach and mentor new care staff, attend reviews for new and existing clients, and provide personal care and support within our clients' homes in the local community. YOU will also be supporting the on-call service on a rota basis, coordinating staff rotas, and building relationships with care staff and clients.
