Administrator (SB/1011) ** New Position**
Working on behalf of our client NI Water
The role is to liaise with customers via a web based application to ensure their request for water and sewer connections are monitored and agreed
About the role
Sole responsibility for overseeing the system and ensuring the customer is kept up to date with any relevant date changes
Internal liaison with Supervisors and Work Controller
Monitoring work orders when received to our system, to ensure dates agreed are correct as per the information given on our database
Attention to detail is essential, together with good keyboards skills
MS Office Essential
Proven ability to communicate with customers effectively is also a pre-requisite
Full training given on the bespoke system
Due to our location, you must be a driver
Hours - 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)
