CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Neurovalens is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our passionate and hard-working team that designs & manages our international clinical trials, collaborates directly with the metabolic and neurological teams at the US FDA and generates medical device applications to bring our new products to market.


Reporting to the Clinical Research Manager, this is an exciting time for an ambitious individual to consider a career at Neurovalens. The role will include helping the business scale its research and regulatory approvals into conditions of obesity, diabetes, insomnia, anxiety and PTSD. 


This role would suit a mid-level or enthusiastic junior-level candidate interested in clinical research and medical device regulatory strategy.


 


Key responsibilities 


Contribute to and support the clinical research activity undertaken by the company. Contribution ranges from research concept, through design and conduct, to analysis and reporting.


Assisting the Clinical Research Manager in the day−to−day management of the ongoing clinical trials


Maintain an understanding of and complying with regulatory requirements, ISO 14155 and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) 


Collaboration with the FDA metabolic and neurological teams


Develop and maintain efficient communications with the multi-disciplinary team 


Assisting with regulatory approvals across multiple international regions


Strategy development for new product development


Attend and contribute to internal and external meetings relating to the study and regulatory approvals.


Be involved in any other duties which might be deemed necessary for the successful running of the job role.

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
