Production Team Leader - Backshift
We are looking to recruit an experienced Production Team Leader for our plant in Airdrie. This role will be working in a Chilled Food Manufacturing environment, therefore previous experience working within a similar environment will add weight to your application.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring Production targets are achieved
Departmental KPI's such as Quality/Food Safety, Health and Safety, Service level and Labour
Leading your team through team briefings, on-line coaching and problem solving
Identifying high performers and managing the performance of the team
People management of your team including but not limited to Recruitment, Absence management, Disciplinary/ Grievance, Performance Reviews, Training and Development

About the role
HOURS OF WORK
Sunday 0900-1700, Monday to Thursday 1600-0030
These are the core working hours and flexibility with start and finish times is required.
LOCATION
Albert Bartlett, 251 Stirling Rd, Riggend, Airdrie ML6 7SP.
SALARY
£27,000 (Fortnightly paid at £12.99 per hour (£12.49 per hour + £0.50p backshift allowance)).

- A proven background within food manufacturing
- Experience working in a Medium / High Care / High Risk Chilled Food environment in a production related activity
- People Management skills
- Able to communicate with all levels of staff effectively
