The role is primarily based at Magherabouy House Hotel and provides maintenance support to other properties. Duties include carrying out day to day maintenance and repairs, completing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, conducting health and safety inspections, maintaining compliance records, coordinating service visits from external contractors, and arranging repair works as required.
