Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for the following:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·        Managing the online Health & Safety system for the training matrix\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·        Liaise with various training organisations to book training – send confirmation emails and follow up with phone calls a few days before to confirm numbers\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·        Organise training by liaison with internal contacts Supervisors \u002F Sub contractors to compile a list of attendees, confirming dates and times via email\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·        Scanning \u002F photocopying and uploading employee certificates \u002F and all relevant paperwork to the system\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·        Making and receiving phone calls both internally and externally\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·        Implementing a grant process, includes liaison with our accounts department\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·        Any ad hoc
