You’ll also lead and develop the kitchen team, manage budgets, ordering and suppliers, and ensure exceptional standards of food safety and quality.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Specialist nutrition is an important part of the role, including supporting residents with dysphagia, malnutrition risk and dementia. You don’t necessarily need to arrive knowing everything - we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in learning and developing their knowledge in these areas too.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp> \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cu>Who we're looking for:\u003C\u002Fu>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp> \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>You’ll be an experienced chef with strong kitchen leadership skills, commercial awareness and a real passion for food.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Just as importantly, we want someone who doesn’t want to spend their whole day behind the kitchen door.
