Ideally, this will have been gained as a Chief People Officer, People Director, senior HR leader, Organisational Development lead or workforce transformation specialist. This experience may be from a complex, values-led organisation, such as social care, health, public service, local government, charitable, not-for-profit or another purpose-driven environment. You will understand how effective people strategy, inclusive culture, workforce engagement, leadership capability and organisational resilience support safe, high-quality and sustainable services. You will also be confident operating at Board level, offering sound judgement, practical insight and constructive challenge.
