Surveyor (JQS) is to support the commercial team in managing and reporting the current and forecast financial position of the project(s) they are assigned to, in line with JJ Rhatigan’s commercial specifications; raise queries, obtain updates, and ensure quotations remain aligned to issued information. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Compile tender comparisons on returned quotations and highlight scope gaps, exclusions and commercial risk. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Subcontractor\u002F Consultant appointment & compliance \u003C\u002Fstrong> \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Support the procurement of subcontractor and consultant trades (as required), including issuing enquiries in line with the JJ Rhatigan Subcontractor Procurement Process. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Prepare (or assist with) internal sign-off documentation in line with the JJ Rhatigan Subcontractor Appointment Process. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Ensure assigned packages are fully signed off internally and that subcontract orders are issued, signed and returned complete (including all required documents and collateral warranties) prior to works commencing on site. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Maintain awareness that no payments will be processed until the required order and supporting documents are in compiling and agreeing the monthly application for work completed by JJ Rhatigan to support project cashflow. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Assess subcontractor and consultant applications for payment monthly (as directed by the Commercial Lead), including issuing certificates\u002Fpayless notices as required. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Upload approved payments to SAP for Level 1 & Level 2 approval (Senior QS and Commercial Director) to ensure payments are made on time. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Issue the Subcontractor & Consultant Payment Checklist to the Commercial Manager once payments are loaded on Commercial Lead in preparing internal reports in line with JJ Rhatigan’s Commercial Reporting Process and the Commercial Reporting Schedule (or as directed by the Commercial Director). \u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Support monthly commercial deliverables including CVR reports, cashflows, monthly project reviews, applications and Control\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>Maintain all project commercial records on SharePoint in the required folder structure, including correspondence, applications and assessments (client and subcontractor), variation registers, cost reports, cashflows, client certifications and internal a defence, including setting out JJ Rhatigan’s position, compiling supporting records and reports, and liaising with appointed defence teams where
