maintenance standard and efficiency of the team\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·         Conduct regular meetings and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to resolve and improve the service of relevant systems within the hotel footprint.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·         Organise minor repairs where required by external contractors, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring satisfactory completion of the work\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·         Working with the Maintenance Manager coordinate and supervise external contract works as assigned to ensure their works are compliant with the required specifications and standards.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·         Inspect all the emergency tools on a regular basis and ensure they are working fine\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>·         Spot
