Sister/Charge Nurse (Night Duty)
Macklin Care Homes are currently recruiting Sister/Charge Nurse to join their friendly, caring, and progressive Park Manor Oaks Care Home
This is a vital role within the Home, working as a team to lead the delivery of excellent care to much-loved residents.
About the role
Job Purpose:
To ensure the highest standards of patient care are delivered through the effective, efficient, and safe running of the nursing home but particularly your assigned unit.
Assists the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in managing all aspects in the daily running of the home including staff management, overall responsibility for standards of resident care, resident assessment, resident admission and implementation of Health and Safety procedures.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Nursing 1st Level Qualification
- NMC Registration
- Have significant post qualifying experience
- Current PDP up to date and willing to undertake any additional training as deemed necessary to fulfill your role
- Ability to work set hours but flexible to meet the needs of the business Good General Health (medically fit)
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English and a valid work permit
Desired criteria
- Management qualification
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role working at management level
- Nursing of the Elderly in a Nursing Home Setting
