Job Details:

To succeed in this role, the Food & Beverage Assistant must be able to multitask, and prioritise customer service.

Duties-

  • Cleans and prepares the dining area

  • Greets customers and helps them to their seats

  • Maintains and develops knowledge of menu item

  • Documents orders accurately

  • Delivers beverages and meals on time

  • Asks for customer feedback

  • Prepares bills and processes payments
