Job Details:
To succeed in this role, the Food & Beverage Assistant must be able to multitask, and prioritise customer service.
Duties-
Cleans and prepares the dining area
Greets customers and helps them to their seats
Maintains and develops knowledge of menu item
Documents orders accurately
Delivers beverages and meals on time
Asks for customer feedback
Prepares bills and processes payments
