Must‑Have Experience & Skills
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Strong operational background — ideally in healthcare, insurance, provider networks, or cost containment.
Experience handling high‑volume financial or operational workflows, including invoice processing.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and regions.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support contingency needs.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative/project management platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around financial, compliance, and operational tasks.
Adaptability to switch between functions under pressure.
A collaborative, responsible, and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
Experience with contract negotiation or risk & compliance frameworks is desirable but not essential.

About the role
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a vital part in supporting key operational functions across the business, including:
Finance & Operations
Resolve invoice queries across multiple regions.
Support high‑volume invoice processing to ensure accurate and timely supplier payments.
Provide training and troubleshooting for users on the Global Network Team Portal.
Support new workflow integrations and transformation projects.
Create and document processes, policies, and internal controls.
Risk & Compliance
Support global contract negotiation processes.
Contribute to the development of Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Collect evidence, documentation, and risk controls from external vendors.
Transformation & Product Discovery
Support cross‑departmental transformation work.
Help drive risk reduction and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
Provider Network Excellence
Support multi‑regional tenders and procurement activities.
Assist in supplier evaluation and onboarding.
Help resolve provider performance or relationship issues.
Cross‑Team Collaboration
Liaise with internal teams including Sales Support, Healix on Demand, and Account Management.
Support RFPs, client responses, and complaint reviews.
Ensure information is accurate, validated, and delivered on time.
Operational Continuity
Provide cover across Global Provider Networks and Cost Containment during planned/unplanned absences.
Step into critical functions when required to maintain service continuity.
