We’re looking for an inspirational Clinical Unit Manager to lead our 18-bed community (Morgana Lodge) within Morgana Court & Lodge Care Home. Working 2 days 'on the floor' and 2 days supernumerary, this is your chance to shape care delivery, focus on truly positive outcomes, and lead a team to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Leading and delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care

·        Creating a calm, safe, and responsive environment for residents

·        Developing individual care plans that promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence

·        Supporting and supervising a dedicated clinical team to be their best

·        Building trusted relationships with families and professionals

·        Overseeing clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

·        Registered Nurse (RMN preferred, or RGN with extensive experience in older people’s care)

·        Proven leadership experience in a health or social care setting

·        Strong clinical skills and the ability to mentor and support others

·        A positive, proactive approach and passion for making a difference

·        Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence

·        Someone who values dignity, respect, and choice – always
