CARE QUALITY MANAGER
Quality Manager – Care Homes background – Nursing/Clinical Experience within a care home is essential
To cover care home services across the region. Driving Licence/Own transport Essential (Annual salary & Car allowance)
Job Purpose
· Support Home Managers and staff to ensure they provide high quality care
· Ensure homes are compliant with RQIA and prepared for any upcoming inspections.
· Conduct weekly reports sent to the Operations Director regarding service quality
· Conduct weekly audits, create and implement development points to further improve the home
· Developing positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals and the delivery of clinical quality training across the Area.
· Monitor results and improvements
About the role
You will have a proven track record in Quality Management and a full understanding of the tasks that come with the role. Possess an eye for detail and the ability to work well with various team members across the remit.
· Experience working as a Quality Manager (preferred)
· Exposure to RQIA inspections (Essential)
· Passion for the care of elderly people (essential)
· Care Home background (essential)
· Management qualification
· Nurse Qualified/Clinically trained (Essential)
· The ability to work over a 7 day period to include weekend visits
· RCA
· Delivering training
· Experience of care planning
· Driving operational change
· Driving Licence/Transport (Essential)
