Sleeping Giant Media is a multi-award-winning business with clients across the UK and Europe, and we’re looking to grow rapidly in the next 5 years. So we’re looking for a PPC Manager to join us in driving business skills in that area.
We’re looking for a driven, passionate, and knowledgeable individual to work with the team to bring the best in PPC knowledge, skills, and delivery to the teams.
You will form close relationships with the Account Management team, and discover the challenges their clients face, helping your team to deliver excellent PPC Campaigns to achieve success.
You’ll be working across a range of clients, from some seriously high-value accounts to ones that are looking more for maintenance.
You’ll be leading a team of 3 initially, helping them on their clients while delivering on your own, and helping them develop professionally. But you won’t be alone! You’ll report to the Senior PPC Manager who can help guide and advise you on what’s best for the team.
This role would suit someone who has a history in the technical application of PPC, while managing others to do the same, and who’s looking for a role that offers supported autonomy, a fast-paced environment, and a variety of clients to sink their teeth into.
About the role
The Role:
• Help drive client growth through the application of PPC
• Ensuring adherence to best practices, and developing the team to achieve success for their clients
• Working closely with the Account Teams to identify opportunities for client growth
• Managing the team’s day to day activities, and wider opportunities for personal and professional growth
The Person:
• PPC Manager who has experience across a broad range of budgets
• A confident and competent person with a good sense of humour (love of football, anime, and food optional…)
• Great technical skills in the application of PPC
• Ability to manage and develop a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Confident in attention to detail, spotting errors quickly and effectively
• High levels of communication

PPC team is formed of a dedicated bunch of people in multiple phases of growth. Some have years’ experience, some are starting out in their journey.
They work with the Account Team (who deal directly with the clients) to determine the best actions for their clients, and support each other in delivering!
