Registered Mental Nurse / Registered General Nurse
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Nurse / Registered General Nurse to join one of our care home based in Swansea and part of the Caron Group portfolio. Caron Group is a family of care homes across mid and south Wales. About the role
As a Registered Mental Nurse / Registered General Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of the individuals within our care, delivering the high-quality care they deserve. You will create and supportive environment for our residents who may have a range of physical and mental needs. You will rely on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions and can expect a wide range of clinical responsibilities. Whether you are a newly qualified nurse or have years' of experience, if you're dedicated to providing exceptional care, a nursing role at one of our homes could be an ideal position for you.

What you will need
Required criteria
- Adult Nursing Degree / Qualification
- Effective verbal, written, literacy and numeracy skills
- Proven record and passion for providing elderly, person centred care and positive outcomes
- Forward thinker with up to date knowledge on current practices and industry trends
- Positive, flexible attitude and a desire to make a difference
- An understanding of and adherence to Caron Group's ethos.
- Valid NMC Pin
Desired criteria
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care Services (Adults Residential Management) The post holder may be required to work towards this qualification once in employment
- 3 Years+ experience within the Nursing Home sector
